A Party!!

We had a three person birthday party for Wyatt, Leigh and Madison at Burns Park at the beginning of October. All three kids have October birthdays and mommy said it was much easier to just have one big family party for everyone! We played games, knocked the candy out of the pinatas, ate great food and cakes, and opened presents. All in all it was a great party! It was so much fun to get to play with all my family and not have everyone crammed in our little house. Hopefully my birthday party will be just as fun! All I can talk about now is how I want a Buzz and Woody cake and there will be a 3 on my birthday cake. Maybe if I just keep saying it over and over I will get it!

I LOVE to drive!! So, anytime anyone goes anywhere, I have to get in and drive for a little while. Check me out... steering, adjusting the radio, putting it in gear, and even trying to honk the horn with my booty! Of course, we have to blow kisses to momma before we leave.

Cousin Sarah's Wedding

We had a blast in Fayetteville for my cousin Sarah's wedding weekend. It was beautiful Sarah! Congratulations! I spent time loving on my mamaw and running around crazy! For the rehearsal dinner I even got to sit with the other kids at the "big kid" table. Mommy was so proud of me!

Southern men

Not sure if you guys knew, but us Southern men have some traditions. They include riding the lawn mower shirtless and bow shooting. My papaw and Uncle Bubba are teaching me to do both. It is a tradition that I am proud to be a part of. And at the end of the long hard day, my mamaw reads me books. It doesn't get any better than this!

On our last trip to Conway, we all got to play at Aunt Amanda's new house. Congrats Aunt Amanda, I love it!! Since she had just moved in, I took advantage of all the floor space to ride Georgia's bike. I had to have the helmet on too of course. Safety first! The girls were loving on Aunt Alicia, lucky woman! Happy Birthday to Aunt Alicia and congratulations on passing boards! It is going to be wonderful to have a nurse practitioner in the family. I love you guys!

ACH rocks!

So, for those of you who didn't know, I had to have surgery at ACH several weeks ago. I had an inguinal hernia and a hydrocele repair. It sounds complicated, but it was really no big deal. The doctor made a small cut on my right lower belly and repaired the hernia and drained the fluid from the hydrocele in my testicle. I was back to feeling fine right after surgery and went home and played and romped because the doctor said I could! You would have never known I had anything done, and now the cut is all healed. Usually it takes 6 months to even get into the urologist at ACH, but Aunt Alicia pulled some strings and got us seen within two days! Thanks Aunt Alicia! Anyway, we saw the urologist and when mommy told him that she worked there, he said he had an opening the next day and could do the surgery then. It usually takes another 6 months to get on the surgery schedule. We were extremely blessed to have this taken care of so soon and I had the best nurses and doctors. Mommy is so lucky to work in such a wonderful place and with such caring people! Thank you Dr. Williams!

Aunt Manda brought her nephew Evan over to play and it was awesome! I love my girls, but sometimes it is nice to have guy time. We played with my train set and Evan thought it was way cool, even though Aunt Manda said he has the same one at home! We also played some fun games on Aunt Manda's phone. I can't wait for mommy to get her new phone so I can play anytime I want to. Tony has some awesome apps that he lets me play every morning when we wake up, but then he has to go to work and I am stuck with mommy's old, useless phone. Oh well, we can't have everything we want, right?

On a recent trip to Conway, I got the chance to have some time with just me and G. As you can see, Chloe was waaaaay too tired to play! We got to play in the holes Zane made in the back yard and because we were SO dirty, we got to take a bath in the colored water (no, it's not blood). And then, Aunt Amanda read us a story about the tickle monster and guess what? The tickle monster actually tickled us! We shared some drinks, and then we shared a bed. Wait a second, that sounded really bad! Do you think this is a preview of things to come?

I told Tony I did not like the baby swing, so he changed it out and put the big boy swing back on the swing set. Needless to say, I have had a big time trying to master the big boy swing! Tony and sissy have both tried to help me by letting me sit on their laps while they swing to show me how it's done. So far, so good, no major accidents to speak of. Keep your fingers crossed that I don't fall on my head!

On a recent trip to G-ma and G-pa's, I showed mommy just how much of what she says I pick up. Wyatt and I had a mattress in the floor to sleep on and I came upstairs and found mommy lying on our mattress. The exchange went something like this:

Jax: "I'll be back mommy." As I turn out the light and turn on the night light and leave the room. A few minutes later I come back in the room.

Jax: "Stop doing that!" As I shake my finger at mommy. I leave the room again. A few minutes later I come back in the room.

Jax: "You go sleep right now, hear me?" As I shake my finger at mommy. At this point mommy was REALLY laughing at me. Did she think I don't listen to what she says?

Mowing

One of my favorite things to do is mow the yard. (mommy hopes this feeling stays with me for a while). So, anytime Tony mows the yard, I am right behind/beside him. Sometimes, I even like to mow in my underwear. By the way, I am wearing underwear because I am potty trained! Yea, no more diapers!! I still sometimes have accidents at night, but otherwise I just drop 'em wherever I am. (Sorry G-ma about the pee in your yard). Anyway, Mommy says it is pretty funny to watch me mow because I am so intently focused on my task, and I make EVERY single move that Tony makes. I prime and crank my mower just like Tony does his. HYSTERICAL!!

We are just now blogging about the fourth of July. How sad is that? We went to Murfreesboro and shot fireworks with mamaw and papaw and had an awesome time! I was actually old enough this year to enjoy them. We had to head home on Sunday so mommy could go to work, but Tony took us to see the fireworks downtown Little Rock too.

Summertime is the best time all year! I love the pool and swimming. Last year, I was a lot more cautious, but this summer I am not as fearful. I have actually been trying to "swim" by learning how to kick my legs and arms. I don't get near as freaked out when I go under the water either. We have cookouts every once in a while and have tons of family over and a whole bunch of kids in the pool. I love spraying Sissy and Wyatt with the water hose and water gun, but if they spray me I cry and scream like a little girl. I can dish it out, but I can't take it. Oh well, I am only 2, I get a few allowances!

Mommy and I went to our friend Taylor's kindergarten graduation and got to see him get his diploma. Of course I was extremely bored, so I passed the time by helping Katie fix the bow on her dress. Something about it just didn't look right, so I straightened it out for her and tried to show her how the bow should look. It is a very important skill that everyone should know!

Aunt Manda invited us to a rodeo that her niece Sydnee was riding in and of course we went. Little did we know that we were going to get to ride the horses too! I was a complete natural, even on the big horsey. I felt totally comfortable and not even scared. Of course I rode the pony too, but I liked the big horsey better. Now I want to ride all the time. It usually goes like this:

Me: Momma, I ride horsey.
Mommy: We don't have any horses to ride.
Me: Momma, I ride horsey please.
Mommy: I'm sorry baby but we don't have a horse for you to ride.
Me: Momma, I ride horsey please?! (Increasingly louder and more insistent)

Maybe I will have to see if Aunt Manda can't help me out, cause momma is worthless when it comes to getting me a horsey to ride.

Wedding!!!

We have wedding photos finally! I was such a big boy and looked really handsome in my tux. That's what everyone told me anyway. Poor Tony had the thankless job of getting me and Wyatt dressed so mommy wasn't stressed about that at least. Thanks to Aunt Wendy, Granny, Aunt Tracy and all other family that helped take care of me for mommy. I was absolutely NOT excited about taking pictures, so there are not a whole lot with me in them. I was much more into playing in the dirt and throwing rocks in the creek! When it came time to walk mommy down the aisle with G-pa however, I really stepped up to the plate. I held mommy's hand and walked all the way down. The only problem was that I was in a bigger hurry than mommy and G-pa. As soon as we got to Tony, I turned around and Wyatt and I ran back up the aisle! I also snuck past everyone and ran down the aisle before the wedding even started. Everyone laughed at me, so I loved it! Anyway, thanks to Uncle Bubba and Kira for keeping me occupied during the ceremony. We had an awesome time at the reception too. I got to dance with mommy several times, and got to dance with Katie, Wyatt, Ethan, Taylor, and Kyle. We mostly ran around in circles, but it was fun. By the end of the night however, I was worn out. I fell asleep on mommy!

Aunt Wendy has been moving to a new house, for those of you who didn't know, and I have been a big help. Well, if you count playing with Chloe on the boxes a big help! In honor of Aunt Wendy I have been wearing my monkey boots a lot, even though mommy says it is not raining outside. Mommy and I had a conversation one night last week that went something like this:

Me: Mommy's shirt? (while trying to put on mommy's blue shirt)
Mommy: No, let's wear Jax's shirt.
Me: NO Jax shirt. Wear mommy's shirt!
Mommy: I am picking my battles, ok you can wear mommy's shirt to bed.
Me: Monkey boots?
Mommy: Well sure, might as well wear your monkey boots to bed, too!

Hee, hee! Success! That is how I ended playing the next morning in mommy's shirt and my monkey boots!

Lil' Slugger

So, for my birthday, my mamaw Kay and papaw Dale got me a t-ball set and a baseball glove. Since then, I have spent the majority of my time perfecting my swing. I am not so much into wearing the glove and catching the ball yet, but I am all about swinging the bat. I don't really have to worry about catching though, that's what mommy is for. She's kind of silly about it though, she gets really excited when she actually catches it. During one of the recent sunny days, we got to play outside and utilize my swingset. I really wanted mommy to swing beside me, and I thought it was hilarious when she actually did it! I giggled every time we passed each other. As much as I love my swingset, I also love the park. Sometimes Tony takes me to the park while mommy is sleeping after work and I get to climb EVERYTHING. (That's what the bottom pic is). Love you guys!

Well, let me tell you what. When Wyatt and I get together, we give Mommy and Tony a run for their money! We are like two peas in a pod and act soooo totally goofy when we play. I can't wait for this summer when we will get to spend more time together. I feel sorry for mommy, though. She is going to have her hands full while Tony is at work! Right now I am at daddy's and have been here for a week already. I had been asking mommy pretty steady for the week before I went to call Corban so I could talk to him, but we couldn't ever reach him. So, I was thrilled to get to see him! I know mommy is missing me like crazy, but I am having fun. Tammy told mommy that we went to the beach and I got to pick up seashells (I call them rocks, but what do I know)? I was sooo excited and happy about my rocks! I can't wait to show them to mommy!

My papaw is the man! Why? Because he reads to me and I love it! I am also the man. Why? My ability to get girls to take baths with me. It's a gift. As a little side note, I went to pee-pee on the potty earlier this week and I didn't want to sit down. I wanted to stand up in front of the potty, like daddy. Mommy left me to get a diaper and I pee-peed.... all over the floor! I said "mommy, I pee-pee!" as I am pointing at it. I was so proud, yet there was no camera to capture this event. What's up with that mommy?

Valentine's Day

So, for Valentine's Day, mommy put Wyatt and I in our rocker pj's that we got from the G's for Christmas. Pretty cool, huh? Well, we thought we were anyway. We had fun opening our Valentine's cards from everyone and seeing what awesome Valentine's we got this year. Mommy has yet to get into sending Valentine's for me, but maybe next year she will get with the program. On Sunday we went to church and then met up with Granny and our grandparents at Franke's for lunch. This has become a every other weekend tradition. But this Sunday was Grandma's birthday so we had something to celebrate besides Valentine's Day. As usual mommy and Tony tried to get a good pic of the fam, and you see how that turned out. Why don't they just give it up?

My Uncle Greg's birthday is in February and me and mommy went to his parents house to say happy birthday. While we were there, I got to meet Uncle Greg's "real" nephew Blaine. He is a really cool guy and we got along pretty well. Blaine had a wooden horse that we could ride, so we climbed on together and had a big time! Uncle Greg told me that the horse used to be his daddy's when he was a little boy and that he and Todd played with it too when they were little. So it is OLD and very used, and it has never been repainted! Looks good, right? Happy Birthday Uncle Greg!

Monster Jam

For my birthday, mommy and Tony got me the best birthday present ever... tickets to Monster Jam! We went, and I didn't want to wear my ear protection, so mommy says she wouldn't be surprised if I were deaf. And it was LOUD! Wyatt, on the other hand, was so fascinated that he hardly moved and didn't even touch his ear stuff. I climbed up and down in my chair, stood up, kicked the seat in front of me, walked around, and threw my ear muffs at people. The people around us were really lucky to have those seats! But, when the trucks got ready to drive over the cars, I was totally focused on the action. It was way cool! There were also four-wheelers, cool cars, and a mechanical dinosaur that chewed up a car. Awesome.

I may be really obnoxious and stubborn sometimes. I am extremely difficult to control and somewhat high maintanence at others. But no matter how much trouble I am, I know mommy and Tony still love me. How do I know you ask? Because I am also devious. I turn on the charm... the smile, the dimples, the eyes and, above all else, the kisses are just a few of the tools at my disposal. I am very well aware that mommy lives to make me laugh, and I am not afraid to use that to my advantage!

Ok, so maybe my back yard is not a winter wonderland, but it sure seemed like it to me while I was playing in my first snow. When I woke up that first morning, I looked outside and said "bubbles!" Mommy laughed at me and told me it was snow. She continued laughing at me as I tried to say snow and I finally pointed to my nose and said "nose!" After a little while it finally sounds more like snow than nose. We had a really awesome time playing in it. We couldn't be outside for very long cause it was way too cold, but it was long enough to fall down, throw and dodge snowballs, and eat the ice!

Mommy and Tony took me to the UALR basketball game, and I was fascinated! Uncle Bubba gave us the tickets last minute and we ran around and gathered up and went. Thanks Uncle Bubba!! We ate popcorn and I drank a 32 oz. Mt. Dew pretty much by myself. I was bouncing off the walls, but I really liked watching those boys run up and down the court and shoot baskets. I have a goal at home, and I slam dunk quite often. I was kind of surprised those guys couldn't dunk like I can (they must not have as much talent).

Ok, better late than never. Here are some pics from my birthday. It was absolutely awesome and soo much fun! There were soo many family and friends that came to see me. I was so glad to see everyone, but I was a little overwhemled and acted really shy. All my girls were there, and I was glad they came even though I missed Georgia's party. Sorry Georgey! I made Chloe's though, Happy Birthday Lo Lo! I also got to hang out with all my cousins and other family. To top it all off, I had the most awesome tractor cake ever. Thanks Dee! Hey guys, it is my birthday today! Mommy says I don't get to have a party until Saturday, but I am really excited anyway. I had lots of phone calls today and everyone sang happy birthday. Mommy is way behind on blogging, so I told her she better catch up since I am leaving today to spend Thanksgiving with Daddy for the week. We went to the park one day and had tons of fun! Madison took me for a ride on her scooter, and we chased Wyatt until he was running scared! Tony tried to get me to hang on to the monkey bars, but I wanted nothing to do with all that. Wyatt and Madison on the other hand were monkey bar pros. We climbed the rock wall and played on the slide (as you can tell, I take after my mommy and hang on to cheesy pringles for dear life) :) Hope everyone has a great week!

I was a big bad skeleton for Halloween. I celebrated Halloween with Daddy and Tammy. Tammy sent mommy pics of me in an email and this is what she said about how the trick or treating went: "I am telling you…these two pictures I got of him were extremely hard to get! He was not in the picture taking mood that night. And he had already smeared his makeup! (He wouldn’t wear his mask!) All the other pictures I have are of the back of his head, or of him running off! Lol! As you can see, he was much more interested in playing with his cars. He took those to every house! I held the bag for candy! He was so funny! I did get some good ones on Sunday at my cousin’s little boys birthday party, though! He had the big bouncy house all to himself while the older ones were riding go-carts! Lots of fun!" I love you Daddy and Tammy!

On Sunday morning before Madison's party, we carved our pumpkins that we got at the pumpkin patch. Madison had her big one and I had my little one. Mommy said I was a big help cleaning out the pumpkin. I was really sad that Wyatt missed all the fun, but I am glad that he is feeling better and can come and play next weekend.

We celebrated Madison's 11th birthday last weekend and she had an awesome time. On Saturday she got to go to Playtime Pizza with her friends while mamaw and papaw stayed home with me. Wyatt has been very sick, so he had to miss the whole birthday weekend. On Saturday night Madison went to the Miley Cyrus concert with her mommy and Sunday morning we carved our pumpkins. Sunday afternoon we had a birthday party at our house with the family. It was a busy weekend, but there were a lot of people at our house so I got a lot of attention!

Now, normally I would be jealous of Wyatt's "Cars" party, but suddenly I am obsessed with tractors. I see them everywhere we go and I have to point them out to Mommy. You don't really realize how much construction is going on until you are on the lookout for big machinery! Mommy picked me up from school the other day and I had to give up one of the tractors I was playing with. I was NOT happy. The fit I threw lasted almost all the way home, and mommy thought I was going to tear the car seat out of the car. She finally convinced me that I could play with my tractors at home. So, I had to repeat my mantra over and over and over.... tactee home, tactee home, tactee home (tactee is tractor for those of you who do not speak Jackson dialect). Oh the drama. Here are some random pics for your viewing pleasure. In case anyone is wondering, the following pictures are me sleeping with Wyatt's cars race track. I wouldn't let it go, so mommy said I could take it to bed with me!

We celebrated Wyatt's third birthday with a "Cars" party at home. I had a really good time helping open his presents and eating his cool cake. He got lots of awesome stuff, but mostly cars. I didn't mind though, because that means I get new cars to play with too! My family and Tony's family were all there and got to meet each other. And of course there were tons of balloons to play with. Wyatt and I are both obsessed with balloons. All in all, Wyatt had an excellent party!

If no one has been to Motley's pumpkin patch, I highly recommend it! We went last Sunday to pick out a pumpkin and stayed half the day. We saw pig races, took a hayride, fed the animals at the petting zoo, and played in the hay where they had a slide and tunnel, not to mention picked some pumpkins. For the most part all I wanted to do was push my wagon around. I got REALLY upset if anyone tried to help or touch my wagon at all. I wouldn't even go on the hayride until Tony put my wagon onto the trailer with the hay. But, I got over that long enough to have a really good time doing other activities for a little while.

Leigh had her 5th birthday party on Saturday at Jump Zone, and it was an awesome time! I was absolutely fearless! I wanted to do all the slides by myself, and mommy could hardly drag me away from the bus. I wanted to be the driver the whole time though, so Wyatt was always my passenger. He didn't seem to mind. I also got to see the whole family, and I have to say that I am so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents! I adore my papaw and g-pa. Anytime they are around, I never leave their side. Anyway, we had cake and ice cream and soooo much fun!

Every now and then, I find it necessary to get in touch with my feminine side by having a little Georgia and Chloe time. We hang out and watch Dora, wash each other's hair, have dance time on the bed and snuggle up on the Dora couch and read each other books. I find it a refreshing change from playing with cars 12 hours a day and I think Georgia and LoLo enjoy it too! I also enjoy watching G-pa brush Leigh's hair. I am learning valuable life lessons about the opposite sexes wants and needs. However, I am still all boy and need my guy time. That is why I am glad I have Wyatt and Tony when all these females in my life get a little too hard to handle!

Well, mommy and Tony finally got the computer situation taken care of (ok, it was mostly Tony), so I can put pictures on my blog again! It has been a really hectic month! Mommy has been busy planning Madison and Wyatt's birthday parties and wedding planning, while I have been busy playing and getting into things that I am not supposed to. We went to Murfreesboro a couple of weeks ago and got to see my whole family, and everyone got to meet Tony, Madison and Wyatt. We had an awesome time! Wyatt and I played with mommy's old Barbie house (don't tell anyone, ok?) and Madison played the guitar and sang songs while we danced. Good times. Oh, and by the way, sometimes I like to hang around the house in my diaper and razorback hat :)

Hey guys! My mommy took Leigh and I to Fayetteville last week so we could see the G's and Mamaw Gladys. We got to hang out and see the whole family. Also, we went to visit Aunt Kayla and she made us cookies and let us "ride" the 4-wheeler. She's an awesome aunt, and I love it when I get to see her! It was a fun trip, but I wasn't feeling that great, so I acted really bad sometimes. Mommy said I embarrased her, so I gave her some kisses to make her feel better! We were going to go to the zoo one day, but we got rained out. So we stayed home and watched movies instead. All in all, it was awesome to get to spend time with G-ma and G-pa since I don't get to see them that often. I love you G's!

There is never a dull moment in the Jackson/Price household! After an action packed weekend, I ended up with a large blue goose egg on my forehead and Wyatt left with two ugly bite marks on his back. As you can tell, we spend all of our time wrestling, climbing on furniture, and in general rough-housing. I keep telling mommy that these things are bound to happen, but she seems really horrified by the bites. Go figure!

Hey guys, if no one has been to playtime pizza, I highly recommend it! I went with mamaw and Leigh and we had an awesome time! Other than that, I have just been hanging out with mommy and Tony every day. (Just between you and me, it gets a little old). But, I am gearing up to spend another two weeks at Daddy's house getting to know Marisa and playing with Hayden and Corban. That should be a fun change of pace for me. Madison and Wyatt have been at Walt Disney World so I haven't been able see them for awhile. I probably won't get a chance to blog before I leave, so I hope everyone has a good two weeks!

As soon as I got home from daddy's, the very next weekend we went to my cousin Kyle's birthday party. It was tons of fun! I got to see all my cousins (except Emma) and my G-ma and G-pa. It was awesome to get to spend time with the family, since I had not seen them in a long time. I also have some big news. Daddy called to tell me that I have a new baby sister born yesterday! Hey everyone, I am home from daddy's and back with a vengeance! My mommy was really happy to see me, and of course I was happy to see her too. Hey guys! I just spent last week in Murfreesboro with Mommy and got to spend lots of time with mamaw and papaw. I played basketball, climbed fences, played with the tire swing, and hung out on the porch swing with my cousin Tyler. It was a nice week, and now I am spending the next two weeks at Daddy's house! I am really looking forward to playing with Hayden and Corban and loving on Daddy and Tammy. By the way, I have really been working on my dancing...can you tell? I will blog again when I return!

I had a really good Memorial weekend, and I hope everyone else did too! We grilled, ate at our new picnic table, and played outside. Hey guys! Just wanted to let everyone know who doesn't already my big news. My mommy and Tony are getting married!! I'm very excited because I really love Tony and he makes my mommy really happy. I had a great time in Texas this week, but I'm sure glad to see my mommy. My mommy and Aunt Wendy took me to Conway tonight to see Aunt Amanda and Georgia. We had tons of fun playing in the backyard and I wanted to put a few up for all of you to see cause I know you've missed me :)

Happy Birthday to ME! Finally, it's my turn! I turned one on Sunday and mommy had a birthday party for me. All of my girls came to see me, and a whole bunch of family and friends. Happy Birthday Georgia! On Sunday my mommy and Tony took me to Georgia's first birthday party. She got lots of great gifts and I had fun helping her open and play with them.
